Osteo..what?
This is Christopher sporting his "osteostache". An osteostache is something that the second years grow for the first years' orientation. Supposively, the student's medical "powers" are directly related to the growth of their facial hair...kinda like KCOM's version of the Force (Star Wars), just more tangible.
