Fours...

I guess I felt like I needed to get one more post in before the month was over. I was tagged by a friend a little while ago and have yet to "untag" myself. So here it goes.

The rules of this "tag" are to post the fourth picture in the fourth photo folder on your computer. Then tag four friends.

Wow, that actually worked out pretty nicely. No fuzzy candid pic that I have yet to delete from my computer or an embarrassing one of myself! I love sweet little moments like this- I'm glad I actually caught it on camera!

Paige, Julie, Carrie, and Annie (and anyone that feels like doing it) tag, you're it!

Happy, happy...

Birthday, Kira, dear! So our little girl turned to the big "3". This year she did not get sick on her birthday, either- YAY! We did celebrate a day early because of a busy weekend. We kept it all pretty low-key. Kira had lots of great presents and phone calls from family and, most importantly, had her "Briar Rose" birthday cake (not a Sleeping Beauty cake, mind you, the birthday cake from the movie). Thank goodness my lovely daughter is three years old and anything that resembles a cake could pass for a "Briar Rose" cake. I'm certainly no professional, so don't look too closely at the blue and purple pile of sugar.

We decided to get Kira her first bike especially since the house we'll be moving to actually has sidewalks. Christopher and I were so excited to give it to her...we were so sure that she'd be all over it and we wouldn't be able to pry her away. Hmm, don't know if this is exactly what we were expecting. You?

All in all, I hope it was a nice day for her. Here are some random pics of the birthday girl. We love you, Kira!

Equations...

You know it's been a while when your husband notices that it's time to start updating the old blog-o. And, of course, the month that I decided to slack on the blog, a ton of things happen. Since there would be A LOT to write, I'm choosing to post about our goings-on, um, mathematically.

18 vehicular hours + (2 kids >3 yrs)/1 DVD player + 1 VERY patient grandma - 1 Daddy = Roadtrip to Oklahoma to see Wood families
(I know that ">" means "greater than", but the stupid thing would let me do it the other way)

[1 (handsome) medical student X 50 tons stress/1000 pg X 6 classes ] - 20 hrs sleep = Christopher, Friday after Finals

1(Bed + Breakfast) + 2hr (shopping – kids) + bubbles/bath + gIFTs2 – housework = ONE Fabulous St. Patty’s Day Birthday

We really enjoyed Spring Break and weren't ready to see it end. Christopher's brother came down and visited for the week. The girls had so much fun having Daddy and Uncle Caleb around to play with. Mom can get kind of old. We spent so much more time outside- playing, blowing bubbles, grilling- now that spring seems to finally be on its way!
